Default Transmissions Guys? Fresh Rebuilt Trans (46re) won't shift into OD!

Just had my transmission rebuild, installed it, and it won't shift into overdrive.

Results! Not Shifting into Overdrive

Well, not all good, installed the rebuilt transmission this weekend and everything went together no problem, but on the test drive all seemed good until I got up to highway speeds.

its not shifting into overdrive, and its does odd things when pushing the OD off button, pushing OD button acts like its locking/unlocking the torque converter (only sometimes affecting anything at highway speeds) when it does react, its only slight difference in RPM again like its connected to the TC clutch?? I can feel the TC lock and un lock but something is not right, when cruising under light load, right foot holding speed left foot tapping the brake it feels as though the TC is momentarily locking/unlocking based on a signal from the brake pedal

I have triple checked all electrical connections to the sensors etc.

I'll be calling the shop that did the rebuild sometime tomorrow/Monday, before I do call, any transmission experts have an idea whats up?

they did not replace the valve body, installed a Transgo kit, replaced some valves, Sonnex brand was used for some parts (not sure of details don't have notes with me) HD clutches, papers etc.. standard rebuild stuff upgraded to premium brand because of it being a heaver 2500

the main problem they found was the pump was bad, the part where the eccentric gear rotor turns bearing surface was all gouged up, replaced with whole new pump

reman TC, HD version tig welded vanes, Road Runner brand

the check valve seemed to be blocked when I removed it, lines and coolers cleaned

OD light works as normal, I'm leaning toward electrical problem also, I was hoping I had a plug wrong or something but all checked out OK

Light is off at start (only on when button pushed)

pushing the button does not shift it out of OD because its still in 3rd gear, I don't think its going into 4th/OD at all, the RPM is to high and I don't feel the normal OD shift

Default Internal wiring harness was replaced

I took truck to shop that did rebuild on Tuesday, today they told me that the wiring harness in the transmission was bad (described it as signal(s) to solenoid(s) was not working)

said its rare for a harness to go bad, replaced it with a new one ($86) and "there" test drive was fine, they had to pull pan, valve body etc. to get to everything, but trans stayed in truck

picking up tomorrow and we will see..

so far other then the problem the shop has been helpful with good customer service

if it's still not shifting into o/d,id say it's a bad sensor,,when i had my transgo installed he told me it would be kinda funky at first about going into o/d,,but shld correct itself shrtly after,,but if it didnt he was going to have to replace my solenoid/or sensor..i cant member the exact name of it...hope it all works out..
