Default Valve Cover Replacement

Anyone know of a good set of aftermarket valve covers/bolts that don't cost $200? Mopar performance is purdy and all but not at that price lol.

Thanks,
Oren

You can use the valve covers for Mopar LA motors but you will lose the extra sealing capabilities of the Magnums because you will have 5 fewer bolts.

That's sorta what I figured after spending an hour looking and turning up nothing, thanks guys. I'll just order stockers for $55.

Also, what bolts would you use? The reason I have to replace everything is the bolts rusted out and spread to the covers.

I used stainless bolts, cheaper than chrome but won't rust or pit.

Look around on ebay.I got a set for 160 bucks brand new. Also use bing to get a 8% cash back when you use paypal on ebay.Bing can save you quite a few bucks if you use it right.

Sounds good to me, I figured that SS would prove more durable then chrome anyhow.

Thanks Freeze, I was looking to spend less then a $100 (college student lol) so I already went ahead and ordered stockers. I'm sure that'll help someone else here with the performance covers though.
