There are 4 on the first page, and one in the DIY links thread.

I know a lot of things, but not everything. If you had the opportunity like I have at my age, wouldnt you do it? Yeah, I work on my dad's truck, hell, I work on almost everyone I know's car. I'm cheaper, faster, and sometimes better than a shop. Everything is a learning experience for me So what if its not my truck that I'm working on, go down to a shop and ask them what they know; Do they work on other people's cars?

If you dont know then its not worth my time explaining it to you.Maybe when you get older you'll realize people have finite time in their life and if they take that time to do something for others you dont bash them. You have little respect for others and are thoughtless with your remarks.Just because you are knowledgable about our trucks doesnt give you free reign to be condenscending to others.

yeah i did look at your faq and honestly you put no thought into it as you admit you took it out of the service manual... and their ae none on the first page 3 pages back i found your $30 diy oil change wich really isnt that infomant as mostly every one here or probably 99% do their own oil changes... but i never posted in your thread telling you it was a stupid idea for doing it so why did you come to mine to dog me... Now i am not trying to play god ill leave that to the mods(lol). but i figured this would be helpfull and some what infomitive with people adding to it along the way.. how about a thread 30 pages long listing all the problems or ides or even adding links to the thread so when a search is done it comes up. they come here see the thread hopfully read and follow links.... this wasnt ment to be a bashme thread for being a idot.. and quite honestly i am getting tired of you posting here and not paying attention to what i or others are trying to say.... so if you dont have anything constructive to add to this thread ie a correction in my grammer as miami said or somthing usefull here dont post... tired of reading ur put downs and trying to imply that i am retarded... and maybe it just me and the way it sounds to me if i am wrong then sorry.. but as i said this isnt suppose to be a bash me thread.. i am open to critisism as long as it helps....

Common guys knock it off, lets get back to the original point of the thread, 1fast has an awesome idea and i commend him for it and i personally will be posting more and most things about what i'v done, how to do it, with pictures and information. and i also will come on this thread to ask questions.

This is a great idea for the simple fact it's easier to explain something to some one when they can reply to the post and ask a question, instead of reading a ****ton of direction's on a locked thread. Purp i give you you're props, you know your **** and it reminds me of me when i was younger, always wanting to know more about cars, always had a wrench in my hand, always taking things apart to see how they work.

you just gotta learn to be a lil more tact with what you say and do, theres alot of grown *** men that dont know half as much about our trucks as you do, but you also have to understand you're only 14 which is going to **** alot of guys off when you talk down to them because they'er only going to see an age, not a person who knows what they'er doing. You have to be respectful to get the respect you want an deserve.

Now enough of this bs banter, lets get back to the thread

well i have herd that they tend to crack after so long and brak off then the pieces get lodged in the gears and that is whats causes the failure.. but i have no experience with the factory lsd so i can say. but yes i have herd that if the rear diff isnt watched or serviced right it can cause a failure
