Default I love my truck

Leaving work tonight I was doing a U turn kinda deal and hit the gas. I bounced myself around in the seat like a damn fish. I was like "holy ****" out loud lol. Then I got straightened out and hit it and it took off. The power it has now is great. I hit the gas and it goes. You can be cruising and lightly push the gas and the speedo will just keep climbing. Most of the time it won't even downshift. There is no bucking and crap like it used to do when shifting gears. I think it looks great too.

Oh and it sounds Fing AMAZING. I will park it and get out and walk behind it and smile. It makes me giddy like a school girl LOL JK well maybe ha ha

Hopefully I can get my new little data logger figured out and find out the average HP and 0-60 times

Just wanted to share my happiness with my truck. What do you guys love about yours?

wanna trade engines? is yours broken in yet? i see that you've been romping on it a little.

right now, sound system and looks.
it sounds like crap (above 2000 rpms) because the new magnaflow lets a lot more exhaust out then the stock cat ever did and straight pipes don't go well with a high flow cat.
it has no power for some reason (it can't keep overdrive engaged on an incline) and it's getting 9 mpg instead of the usual 13.
i got a superchips in the mail, 4.10 gears planned pretty soon and this weekend i'm going to weld on a glass pack so it shouldn't be too long before i won't have any complaints about it.

I love my truck all around. For being stock I'm pretty happy. Now that doesn't mean that there can't be any improvements. You know.... High flow cat new muffler, heads, rockers. But for being stock I think it has average power. No tranny problem yet (knocks on wood). I love my Ram. I can't wait to do the plenum. No more oil burning, and maybe some more power I hope. Still need to get some extra cash together for Hemifever for an SCT.. but all in good time. Ok Rant over.

Try not to kill yourself, or even more, somebody else(me)with all that new power.I love my truck because it's kept me save, and comfortable, for 11 years, and haven't had to do much to it in that time.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with stock and.......if it needs something repaired, you can go beefy.

That is so true. I never replace anything with stock parts. Except as a long term band aid. Go big or go home. I also like Full size or no size.
