you could always just shim the front bolt's for the back seat and tilt it up high enough to get the console under it, put the nut on it and crank it down tight, should be fine.

I don't know what you guys are smoking.. but that seat is at the correct level!

mine has a slight upwards tilt to it.. and no there's nothing under it.


I've had to sleep in the back seat of my truck a couple times and i'm telling you it tilts back at a slight angle

I really dont see why a seat that is tilted slightly would be a safety concern? If you're sitting on a seat that only goes up and down, it aint going anywhere!

it doesnt look like it would go all the way up...idk maybe it does lol

and in that pic that seat has a massive tilt to it.

i love the box in my truck, it's home built and goes under the rear seat...i'll see if i can get some pics and dimensions on it...it's a sealed box with the suggested amount of air space for the sub that's in it...really simple, i think it took half a sheet of plywood...glue....some nails...and a drill bit to drill the whole for the wire connector to be mounted in the box
