Its a real good lift my only quarrel with it so far is the heim joints, they seem to wear out and rattle realy fast. If you do get it a good place to get get replacement joints is http://www.currieenterprises.com/ces...nnyjoints.aspx
Alot of flex in it the truck can tuck the 37's with nothing hitting just fine, dont have any pics on this computer

id check the bearings on slip yolk in the transfer case

i've said it before, these trucks have the same case as most Cherokees, with that much lift, you're liable to shred the bearings, which can cause the transfer case to lock up

the noise/vibrations you mentioned are a common symptom of bad bearings

So when you drive with the rear shaft off the vibration goes away? Have you checked the balancing of the rear shaft? Is the little balance weight still there? Its possible that it got knocked off somehow and it is no longer balanced.

Good luck with finding the culprit man. Little things like that can drive a man crazy. But, I am still sticking with my guns and saying the angle of the shaft due to the 7" lift is not the issue (unless it was improperly shimmed).
