Glad you got it fixed! And thanks for posting the solution. Too many people just fix it and go, everytime someone posts a solution to a problem they were having it is a little bit more knowledge for the rest of us to share

 

np...it is part of my frustration with forums in general, never getting the closure...i was super bummed that i couldn't fix it myself, but it took the shop almost 2 weeks to isolate the problem and fix it, so i don't feel too stupid
