i have a 1998 dodge ram 1500 4x4.

I use it to plow,and today after plugging in my plow, My high beam went on with the light on my dash. so i flipped my high beams off, But the high beam light went half dim. After i turned my truck off and the light was still on so i unplugged my plow and the light was still stuck on. Even with the key out the head lights are still on.

I have a idea there is a short, but i do not know were to start looking, i traced the wires from the plow harness and i could not find anything. Am i over looking anything???

I've got the same problem with mine right now, just about to hunker into it and see if I can figure it out. Thinking it might be the switch but any help is greatly appreciated
