so that was the the problem thanks guys installed the new sensor, hooked everything back up and it started right up, you all saved my a bunch of time and money i really appreciate all the help. only problem now is that it shifts kinda hard when you put it into drive hopefully my bands just need adjusted.

Try adjusting the TV Cable. That should do it.
