What would you guys recommend for headers and exhaust if trying to achieve maximum fuel economy?

have you tried the search feature at the top of the page? I know this has been discussed many times, so doing a search you'll find all your answers out, and wont have to wait for the replys.

and give us more info on your truck, like motor size, is it 4x4, then we can give you more, and dont expect to see much higher than 14 mpgs. I have alotof work in my motor (5.9L) and im getting 14 city, and to many thats pristine. An average MPG for the RAMS are 9-11 MPGS

1999 Dodge Ram 1500 shortbed
5.2L automatic w/overdrive 2wd
all stock

Reading a bit about the tuners, Superchips, etc. Is there a sticky that explains more? Which one is better, etc.

I haven't checked my mileage yet, but I don't think it close to 14.

do a search.. and instead of asking about a sticky look. its not hard to do a search about tuners or exhaust.... youll get more info and all ur questions will be answeared.
