Bleed the whole system, starting at the master cyl down to the rear's. And it's not a big deal about the fluid not flowing freely when you took the right front off. dont worry about it just bleed the brakes on all four corners and the master cyl, put brake fluid in and take it for a ride.

you only bleed the master cylinder if you replace it.
+1 on bleeding all 4 lines, its a good idea to replace the fluid every several years.
DONT let the master cylinder run out or you have to start over.

If you havent changed fluid in awhile I would reccomend bleeding all the old fluid out of the line, just dont run it dry buy extra brake fluid and keep adding it to the master cylinder until you have clean fluid coming out.
Bleed all four, doing closet to the master clinder last and you should be okay, make sure you dont skimp out on brakes its your safety and any others that ride in your vehicle
