yeah jason if you could post a link to your current set that would be awesome.

those other sets aren't bad at all, so why can't the sport work with std. ram?

The sport lights had a separte beem for low, and high. It IS possible to convert the normal headlight style, to a sport style, but you have to buy a kit for the wiring, you actually have to cut out a peice by the radiator for the headlight assym. to fit. It is a lot of work. Try and search for a thread where someone has talked about it, and done it. Its close to $80 for that converstion kit, and if you dont know how to cut out your metal you may have to pay someone for that. Plus the wiring kit. So your lookin at over $100. IMO it would probably be easier just to buy a new headlamp assym. (like the crystal ones). But thats just my 2 cents..

Arrow Yet another headlight thread for these SPORT models!!!

YO!,
I have the 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Off Road Sport! I got my new taillights coming. NOW I want to get me clear headlights for this truck! I cannot find aftermarket headlights for a 2001 Sport. I looked on ebay, I looked on LMC, and also GOOGLE!!! Cant find them anywhere!

The problem is the dual bulb hi/low beam headlights that the sports have.

Can anyone help me finish the exterior look of my truck!!!??? Anyone have links, ideas, and or any information for searching for these?!

I want non LED clear euro headlights for my truck, like these but for my model. OR anything similar!?

How many sets of headlights have been on your truck? It almost rivals how many transmissions, mufflers, and intakes its been through!

They all fit, just with some wiring. A stupid politician can figure that out (no they cant).

I merged your thread with the existing one on the subject. If you look at my previous post, those two links are about all that's available for the Sport models. If you want something different you'll have to go with a non-Sport setup and rewire your truck to work with them. LMC has harnesses to let you do this. It sucks that there is so little that fits the Sports and what does is significantly more expensive.

right alls it is is a little wireing wich i new you would bring up.. as far as cutting why would you have to cut up ur truck to get headlights to fit that are the exact same size and shape as the ones on a 94-98 mwhen the only difference in the 99-01 sports is a different style front bumper and the dual light bulbs.. the non sports are exactly the same as a 94 up...

Be VERY VERY VERY careful when you start looking at aftermarket headlights especially on ebay. I bought a pair like the ones posted earler that convert from a 2 piece to a 1 piece and have the black background you can see them in my sig below. After a couple of weeks of messing with them I took them out. I wasted a little over a hundred bucks. They look awsome but as stated before they have little to NO adjustment. Mine throw beams of light all over the place and were very blinding to oncoming traffic so I took them out. Back to the faded stock ones until I either mess with them again or get something else.

They are very easy to install but since you can't adjust them they are useless to me, just saying be careful
