I have a hunch on why I get such bad MPG
My stock tire size was 245/75/16 and if he is 4x4 his stock tire size could be 265/75/16,
How did you fix the plenum, I see nothing wrong with the temperature, if it was 120 it would be different
How fast do you drive and is it all city, do you leave overdrive on, I keep a log of my mileage every time I fill up and how many gallons it takes, then write in any repairs.
I noticed your 16 what rpms is the truck shifting at during your grandma driving

The sticker in the inside of your drivers door should say 225.
My sticker says 245 and the build sheet says 265.
A good question would be if Dodge calibrated the speedo's according to the specific truck ( 225 245 or 265)

I have the K&N circular filter, flowmaster exhaust. Tune will be next. I took out the first 02 sensor and burned off some crap with a propane torch, runs great, idles at 650. The reason my uncle sold it was because of the terrible MPG. He got a GMC Sierra.
Well I know my speedometer is dead on with my gps and mine has had 245/75/16 tires on it since the day it came off the truck
If you havent put a treatment of seafoam through it since you owned it, I would say do that and get ready for the smoke

Just replaced the plugs with the autolight coppers, and tomorrow ill get a new dist. cap and rotor. Other than that, I dont know what to do. Take the hood and backseat out for weight reduction? lol
Maybe a superchips to cure the death flash. (if you have it)
Last winter I had a dakota club cab 4x4 3.9 and I only averaged 13 mpg in the winter.
