Default Clunking in front end!

In my '01 ram 4X4 I feel and hear a clunking under my feet while driving. I can feel it even on the smallest bumps in the road. When I apply the brake the feeling goes away. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks for any help.

Some of the more obvious things can be a worn track bar, ball joints, or even loose shocks. Check stuff like that.

get under there and start grabbing parts and give them a good jarring to see if you can find it.

Definitely check the shock mounts. Make sure the top mounts are nice and tight, and make sure the bottom mounts are torqued to 100 ft./lbs.

When I bought mine I could feel a vibration under my feet and hear a noise when hitting bumps. I thought crap wheel bearings, but it was not, checked ball joints, nope not that in fact they had been replaced with greasable ones. Turns out I had a broken sway bar link and a bad shock. Replaced the shock unhooked the sway bar, no more noise.
