my 01 ram has been giving me trouble all year. ive had a new filter put in it and flushed all the fluid.and it runs fine for about 4 weeks and then it starts a high pitch whinning sound and slips real bad. not drivable! i redo the process and its fine again. it has 195.000 on it does anyone have any thoughts to what it might be or had similar probs. is it time to rebuild? Thx for any help

It probably needs a rebuild. Do you have a leak? Could the tranny just be running low on fluid then you top it off when you flush it? I would think the leak would have to be pretty bad.
