Default Can Dodge car rims be fitted with All-Terrain Truck Tires?

The reason I ask is a friend of mine has a Dodge Charger Daytona Edition and he just recently got new rims and said he would sell me his stock ones. I know they're 18" rims, but I don't know the width yet (Just kind of brought it up in a conversation) but I would think 8-10". Could those rims even be fitted with All Terrain Truck Tires? And does anybody know if the bolt pattern is the same?

They can be fitted with A/T truck tires, although there are some serious problems:

1.) They are car wheels. They do not have the same load ratings as truck wheels, I'd be afraid about bending or worse breaking them while driving. Not very safe.
2.) I highly doubt that they have the same bolt pattern.
3.) Backspacing and offset would be wrong.
4.) They would look goofy.

doubt they would hold up, truck rim's have a lot higher weight rating and shock rating, one minute off road would split them inhalf the second you come down on a stump

Im almost positive the dodge cars are a 5x4.5 and our trucks are 5x5.5, plus what the rest of them said

Not worth it IMO
