couple of questions
I have a 1994 ram 2500. Stock, but i want to do a cold air intake custom. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas i know that we are using 4in? or what ever the intake port diamiter is. Right name? but im going to put a K&N on for a filter just not sure where in the bay. i was thinking on the left side of the radiator where the grill is and no radiatior? is this a good move?
Also how much have you guys towed with this truck? just want to know for a reference. We are pulling our ice shack off and i want to tow it (around 2000 by herself) and using a goodsize trailor like 25+ft all steel able to haul 2 skid loaders.
well just stopin in. first time here. looks like a good site!

i drive a 1500, my bobcat weighs around 11000lbs and my trailer weighs around 2000lbs and i can pull that fine all day long if need be, also have no problem stopping it if i need to.
And as far as the tube goes, it doesnt really matter. It's not going to act like a ramair intake anyways

I wouldn't run in the mud with it if you're going to be hitting anything that can splash into the tubes. I probably wouldn't run it in the rain either, unless you put a splash shield in front of it.
