I have a 96 1500 5.9L. It has always shifted kinda hard into overdrive, if it was below 0 out it would an even harder time shifting into over drive. this was going on for about 30k miles. Now it doesnt shift into overdrive at all, my check engine light came on so I had it checked out it was tranny temp, 02 sensor, and speed sensor. He turned the light off and said its common for that truck to not shift into ober drive when the speed sensor goes bad, he also said the abs sensor on the rear pumpkin sometimes will cause that so I replaced both sensors. Still no over drive, two days later light comes back on. So now my question is what else can I do or is my tranny f!&cked.
