Question Thermomater sensor

I just finished putting my 99 ram 360 slt back together after a wreck it is running good but on my display in the cab it shows the outside temp as zero now all the time everything else is working except the cruis but thats a diff problem. anyone knowwhere this sensor is so i can replace it?

The exterior temp sensor is right behind the center of the grille, attached to the underside of the hood.

do you know what it looks like? most of my old front end it gone but i have a few wires on my hood that dont have anything hooked to them any more one is the hood light. thanx for the quick help guys

if you google "ambiant air temp sensor" for whatever year your truck is you should be ble to pick up a picture or two. maybe even from a website such as autozone's

perfect thanx alot i found where to buy one for 17 bucks and now i know where it goes and even what the extra wire is for on my hood.
