help rim question

Default help rim question

can you put a 15 inch rim on a dodge i have heard you can and cant because of the caliper. any help would be nice. its a 97 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with 3 inch body lift.

It depends really on the rim you have, and most rims that wont fit, will fit with slight grinding on the caliper, I had 15 inch rims off a ford on my truck testing if 33's would rub and had no problems with putting them on.

Most likely if its a steel rim you will not have a problem

i had a set of 15's that were eagle alloys and they didnt rub or grind on the caliper

That's good to hear, was looking at tires and all the mud tires are cheaper with 15" rims size. Prob cuz of all the Jeep boys lol
