doesnt look bad at all... however, 2 things to consider... if you ever want to go to a larger filter, your stuck. if the housing is metal of any kind, it will get heat soaked and you wont get the most hp out of it.

I have the K&N and swapped my stock cone for a 7"x9" round filter and found so hp on the upper end with very minimal loss on the low end. I'm always trying to do mods to keep the low end and this one was worth it because I saw hp increase from 2k up.
