Around here we are allowed to be on the roads but, not sure about doing donuts on private property. I would imagine they'd stop by and ask what you're doing.
But if a bad blizzard hits and they essentially can't keep roads open they tell you that it's illegal to actually be on the road. In those cases a lot of emergency personnel also can't get to work. In those cases the Denver Office of Emergency Management (OEM)(and Homeland Security) activates F.E.A.T. (Four-wheel Emergency Assistance Team). Then you get to be out in it driving emergency personnel (Dr, nurse, police, firefighter, etc) to work. You should see if you have something like that in your area(s).

Here half the cops drive Crown Vics like most, however, they also have at least one or two Dodge Durangos, two or three Dodge Chargers, at least one Dodge Magnum, and one VW Beetle. Yes, a Beetle. I think they make the rookies drive it. How would you like to get pulled over by a little Beetle?

yeah we dont have snow around here but we got what you call ag cops(agriculture cops) and guess what they drive 2nd gen dodges 4x4 with a 360 and most of them know how to drive.
Good thing is since the trucks are getting old they are buying either 3rd gens or fords, the ag cop that lives in my neighborhood is pissed cause they made him get one of the new fords and its always in the shop

Haha this past storm they plowed instantly, Right down to the cement so I couldnt take my snowmobiles out. Plus they tore up my lawn. So I attempted to snipe the plow guy with my snow blower for ripping up my lawn! Yes stupid and immature but this guy is a total tool. Our sub is hiring someone else next year.
Any buddy else got pictures or videos of playing in the snow?

the car is no good if the cop behind the wheel doesn't know to push the car to the edge.the people that get stuck playing in the snow tend to not know how to push there vehicle to the edge.
studded tire can also be fun in the winter time. the only thing that suck is they are illegal where i live. my dad use to use them on his 66 dodge monico when he live in Alberta. the studded tires help with cornering and traction weather it was summer or winter. the cops never use to be able to catch him while he was cruising at 120mph .
