At least it doesn't look like they stick out all that far. So the hub bearings won't need to be changed every 200 miles!

On a side not, they do look good and I do like the look of RWL

Smart people. Think about it, do some of us really need All-Terrain or Mud-Terrain tires on your truck? Or do you just impulse buy them for the looks?

With the snow here I would need more then a street tire. I also like the idea of being able to drive in mud if need be or a chance came up to go muddin. I did buy my tires cause of looks as well. I have been very happy with them. I will buy MT's again without a second thought.

I guess your "smart people" are the pavement queen drivers.

Thats the thing, I have never been mudding in my life up here in Indiana. There is just no place to do it. Anyways I couldnt see a tire that is worse in the snow than my current Crapyears. I think my next tires will be Michelin LTX M/Ss. Wonder how those would look in a 285/75/17 size (See what I mean!)?

If your that worried about mileage a 2gen Dodge Ram is about one of the worst vehicles you could have picked to drive IMO.

I've never been mudding, or 4 wheeling, in any of my vehicles. I depend on my truck to make a living. You guys know how I like to make my stuff last. Hey purpl, your not going to hate me now, since I have a CTD now are you ? I know how you feel about those guys over in that section.LOL
