If you push on the middle of the door around the area of the door handle, will the door shut evenly all the way down ? it looks like it's not sagging it just isnt latching correctly

thanks for the fast reply. Your always on top of things yak. I will go try that, but i have pushed and pulled on it in every way, and the door shuts itself, but you don't have to slam it to shut it.

Try loosening the striker ( the part in the jamb of the cab, thinks its a torx fastener) and moving it out boards a bit.

Shutting the door, it should "click" twice. Once is a saftey catch the other is latched.

Default Ok. that did help

Thanks wayne, It made it better, i moved the striker in towards the cab as far as it would go, door does latch better but I still have the gap up top, but not as big of one. We are making progress, any other places to adjust??

And to answer the above post, it has always latched and locked and remote locks have worked as they should

open the door, put your knee right about where the latch is and grab ahold of the top/rear of the door and try and bend the window frame towards the cab.

window open might be easier.

Lots of people cringe when they see me to this to fix their wind noise/ water leak, but it works.

Default ok

I went out there and bent the hell out of them both and that helped a ton also. Still not perfect, but hopefully it will cut down on the noise enough for me to quit worrying about it.

A lot of times this is due to the new way locksmith's open a door. I've had them use wedges and small air bladders to open my locked doors. Sucks to watch.

yes the wedges used to unlock doors can mess the doors up. In my fiancees maxima, i locked the keys in it, but i was at the shop i worked at, we used the wedge, unlocked it, and the next rain storm i noticed rain was leaking into the top of thedoor. My boss put a hammer between the door and the car, and pushed the top in to bend it, and sure enough it doesnt leak anymore
