Default Motor mount picture

well since i had the cam out, I took a pic of my motor mounts , this is a view lying on the ground looking up at it pass side, is the rubber disc/mount seperation normal? Its like this on both pass and driver side. thanks

The bushings look pretty warn. It might be good to replace them.
