Default What is the stock backspacing?

My 285's rub the lower control arms on full turn. I am thinking about getting some cheap black rims with a backspacing that pushes the tires further from the frame. Anyone know what the stock rim's backspacing is? And what are you running with your 285's.

Stock off set is like 5 or 6mm. Pretty much nothing, Now don't forget the farther you go out the harder it will be on hubs ball joints.

First of all the offset and backspacing are different. Offset is the distance of the mounting flange to the center of the wheel and backspacing is the distance from the back of the wheel to the mounting flange. The stock backspacing on the wheels you have is 5.5".

Don't mix terms when you are asking for something. It gets confusing and I see it a lot on forums.

Ah, yes. Gerehead8, you hit the nail on the head. I meant to ask about backspacing. Thank you. 5.5" Wow, no wonder they rub. I was thinking that 4" was what they were at.
