personal opionion alot of older truck i see it seems that they rust realy fast , i hear water gets in the tube somehow and like to rot out , i would get harland sharps

Dodge, man I don't know thats a toughy. The black would probably look better if your gonna do that with the bottom of your truck. But the chrome sure would purdy nice with the rims.
I'm gonna in the end say black though.
