Default Front end issue

Hey everyone! I am having an issue somewhere in the front end of my truck. It's been ongoing but can't manage to find where it's coming from. When I am driving down the road and lets say the road is very bumpy my front end loses control and wobbles so bad that it won't stop unless I stop my truck. It's even worse if I hit a pot hole. I have tried tightening down my front end and replaced the steering stabilizer too.

I drive a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 with a 6" suspension lift. Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks

that 6" lift is probably amplifying a well known poor design issue that all the 2nd gens have. Everyone here has the bad, sloppy steering, and sawing back and forth on the wheel has become normal driving habit in these trucks. There are a few fixes available, search the DIY links for the steering box adjustment, that'll help somewhat. Also, check out www.rocksolidramtrucksteering.com . A few guys here claim that it makes a big difference.
