Best Way To Remove Exhaust Bolts?

well i tried soaking them with dw-30 and then crankin on em with an impact gun and they are to far gone for that to work. so i tried getting a 3 inch cut off wheel up in there. that didnt work so well. any other ideas?

yeah, get a better / strong gun that will snap the bolts. For example...
