Default lucas oil

hey everyone i was just wondering your opions on lucas oil i was told it stops engine smoke, oil leaks, and engine noises now my rear main seal is leaking and i was wonderin if i could put this in just until i have time to change the seal just curious if this stuff really works

Eh some guys on here swear by it man, oil is just oil to me. As far as stoping the leak on the rear main i doubt it would stop it fully. might slow it down a little bit at night while it's cool but honestly when the oil heat's up it's just gonna start leaking out again under normal driving temp

yea i hear ya its more like a 1quart additive then like reg oil ya no

If your rear main seal is leaking, FIX IT, dont cover it up!!!! Lucas wont fix it, but FEL-Pro will!!!!

haha i no im putting a tranny, plenum gasket and lifters in my 97 ram right now so untill i get that project done i just wanted to slow it down haha

Sounds like a perfect time to replace the rear main seal.
