$330 for one that wont crack again, or one from a junkyard that might crack again.

Exactly! I am so pissed with car guys (and Americans in general) being so damned short-sighted and CHEAP. Get rid of the Wal Mart mentality and think LONG TERM.

I look at $330 for a dash like this:
1) Sunk cost
2) Time to remove the old dash
3) Time to install the new dash
4) Enjoy the new dash (ie Keep the truck for 2 years and the cost breaks down to ~ .45/day

Get a used dash, and chances are that it will crack again. There's good money down the drain.

Pay once, cry once, but have peace of mind. Same holds true when buying tools. Quit buying Kwality from Harbor Freight and get Quality.

very well said..
mine is FUBAR in my truck as well, the previous owner put some type of cover on it (carpet) and you can tell when you touch it that theres nothing under it, but atleast you cant see the crators LOL

Haha, well you do what you got to do man. I'll continue to buy parts from the junkyard, shop at harbor freight, and walmart.

yeah that 330 is steep,but you do have a point, i will be about a third into if i buy this guys on the site......and it does not include shipping. might have to back out of that deal and save my cash inorder to get the gino`s dash

yea whats up with these dashes falling apart lol i used 2sided tape and glue to piece mine together until i ran over to many potholes and speed bumps doing 70 and i only have about 50% of the dash left in the truck lol
