I don't know if I would trust them. He says that they are being sold as-is to make room for new inventory...
And on top of that, he spelled center wrong on the listing.

Look at the other items he's selling (plants, lights, a furnace).

For $50 they're worth it even for just as a core. And "centre" is how they spell it up there.
