Default squealing underneath while moving

and yet another problem... This squealing noise is coming from best i can tell anyways from rear end drivers side. The noise sounds just like a soft brake squeal, real high pitch but not very loud. no grinding or scratching sounds. it does slightly change tone as the wheels rotate. makes this noise anytime the truck is moving, forwards, reverse, turning left/right, neutral. keep in mind im not applying the brakes. when i do apply the brakes the sound doesn't change. i know i need new front brake pads as well. also im not 100% thats where the sound is coming from, but any insight on where to start would be great.

the best way to tell is to jack up the wheel and turn it and it would make the noise you hear or a roughness in the wheel as it turns

wheel bearings are behind the rotor and if they arent packed properly they could begin to make a noise, another thing it could be bad sometimes it will start to make a squeally noise when they go bad the best way to test it is to lift it up and spin it and see if it makes the sound or just while its on the ground grab the wheel at the top and shake it really kinda hard and it shouldnt pull in and out if it does they could be bad.

If I were you, the first thing I'd do is go to the parts store and by a Haynes manual.
