Default Dodge ram ride height

I've searched extensively for an older thread about the comparison of the dodge ram stock suspension ride height. I can't seem to find it after 30 mins of searching. Miami or one of the other mods posted it about how much higher a 4wd ram was over a stock 2wd ram, off road edition...etc. How many inches were the stock 4wd higher than the stock 2nd gen 2wd's?

I'm looking for the difference between 2wd and 4wd stock ride height on our 2 gens. I know that the 4wds came with 2 inch spacers in the rear right? Having a solid axle in the front made them 2 inches higher in the front as well. Mine's a sport 2wd, did that come stock higher than a slt 2wd?
