Lol 33's should prolly be the largest too. I agree that too much suspension on a 2WD does look funny, but it doesn't hurt to gain the extra clearance and beefy look does it? 3" looks good. 4" looks good. And now I'll see a 5" when his spindles are installed...

 

sorry, its just me, i dont see point in why a 2WD would need more clearance... its 2wd, if he hits anything, he shouldnt be there anyway...

 

eh i dont totally get the 2wd lifting but hey if you dont have a 4x4 make the best of whatcha got but yes lifting a 2wd in moderation seems ok to me i wouldnt put it 12 inches in the air and slap some 38" TSL's on it :P

I'm going to disagree with you guys here.

The Sport packages were cosmetic changes only, no suspension, drivetrain, etc. differences. Therefore, they didn't have different ride heights than a regular, non-Sport Ram.

The only difference in stock ride heights were 4x2 vs. 4x4 vs. Off Road Edition 4x4.

 

the SLT to the sport was mostly cosmatic, but the sport had differant shocks. almost all sprots came with a heavy duty shocks, and i know for a fact my truck when it was stock sat higher then an SLT on 33's, i had 265's and no suspention, and he had no suspention with 33X12.50's and i sat hgiher.. the offroad sat higher yet... cant remmber why, i think its the springs, thats why most lifts wont fit off roads, cause it will give 1-2 inchs lower then the advertised lift.
