North Carolina's where it's at. Wide open spaces, no neighbors, no emissions tests and NO SALT!

Not sure about MN, but right across the border in SD... no testing.

Yes, I'm pretty sure shackles are replaceable. However, worst case, buy a whole leaf spring from a salvage yard. Been there, done that. Mine came with a shackle on it.

Ya got me there, actually today it was in the lower 50's not bad weather, I think springs asprungin in the air. ( and emmissions are 96-up (OBD2), having a 95 I don't need emmissions.

The weather's not too bad recently, though.

There replaceable (as stated before, has been done to my truck). Probably Dealer item though.

We do have emissions testing, but they don't put the sniffer in the pipe. So as long as it passes the visual inspection then you're set.

I believe the shackles are replaceable. Just wait for zman to see this thread, he had the joy of a broken shackle last year and can let you know what he ended up doing to fix it.

coils? did ya look at the pics? lol


theyre easy to replace, i put drop shackles on mine....im sure it wont be fun in the cold tho and having rusty bolts
