welcome to df. don't forget to match PCM tuning with the cam. you can't throw in a cam by iteself or it'll run like ****, if it runs at all. do a search on SCT tune, hemifever, etc.
if you want something simple and DIY, look into harland sharp 1.7 rockers. its like a small cam that can run with stock or superchips tune.

Welcome to DF.
I'm going to disagree with you here Gerehead.
The injector flow rate for a 2000 5.2L V8 is 23.2 lb/hr, the same as a 2000 5.9L V8. Reason for that is in when our Rams went to OBD II, Dodge went to a "common calibration", 23.2 lbs/hr, for both V8s.
Prior to 1996, the 5.2L V8 was 18.2 lb/hr and the 5.9L V8 was 24.5 lb/hr.
So you already have, basically, almost 24 lb/hr injectors. You'd have to do some pretty major, wild and potent upgrades to max out the stock injectors. So throwing in 24 lb/hr (or some other higher rated injectors) won't help you much, if at all at this point. And like others said, you can't just throw them on and expect them to function correctly, you'd have to have a new tune for your PCM to accept them and work them correctly.
