my front brake is starting to squeal, so im in the market for some new pads, possibly rotors. what kind of pads are you guys running and are they on the stock or aftermarket rotors? ive been lookin at brembo, but the price is a little steep.

I did my front pads and driver side rotor about 7 months ago. I bought the NAPA brand rotor and pads. They are a pretty good price and I have had no issue at all stopping.

I love my Duralast Gold Ceramic pads. They are sweet, and you buy them once, and you just return them when bad, and get a new set for free. I know this to be a fact, as I have already done it.

i have the 3/4 ton axles in mine, so i have bigger brakes then most here( and bigger just about anything) and i went on ebay, bought a set of EBC "big brake kit" that came with drilled and slotted rotors, there "green stuff" pads, and got a set of duralast rear shoes, and i can lock up all four of my 37" tires...

i'm also a fan of autozone's lifetime warranty, although i usually get the middle level price rather than the most expensive. its a little more dust but less wear on the rotor (which is not lifetime warranty). i have them on my entire fleet. they last 4-5 years on my truck and about 3 on my lead-footed daughters car.
