You're going to need a new computer. The magnum's computer won't know how to handle the Hemi or its 16 spark plugs. You will probably also need to make some new motor mounts. I don't know about the tranfer case.

I have been wondering the same thing. BUT, i know a guy who dod the exact same thing in California.

I think you need to keep the same computer for your dodge, and have a stand alone system just for the engine.

Basically, you are going to need to spend about 3K just for wiring and a new computer for that engine.

i wonder if you can just take a computer from a 2005 engine bay and connect JUST the wire look that controls the engine to it. Then keep the other 2 looms from the stock computer (out of the 3 connections).

hmmm

I know that it is possible, but the guy who did it to his truck worked at a body/mechanic shop owned by Reggie Jackson (Yankees) in Seaside California. So he is used to restoration and engine swapping. He restores cars for reggie and reggie auctions them. Their lot is insane....about 11M worth of vehicles on the lot.
