Good idea, now that i think about it i never checked the level of the fluid, I just looked at it with the truck off to see if it was burned or brown. Its good and clean but i should check the level (duh). Now Do i check it with the truck running in Park or in Neutral?

it's best to check it when it's warm.... run it through all the gears a couple times, then check it in park, with engine running

CHECK IT IN NEUTRAL (while running)...Park will not give you an accurate reading

95ram360 is correct, check the fluid in neutral. If you read it in park it will read high because there is no fluid flow in park.

Yeah I heard about no fluid flow in park as well so i thought i would double check.
