the haynes manual says that the TV cable needs to be adjusted to a precise degree (within 1/32nd of an inch) or it will eventually f#ck up the transmission....

Yes you can http://bionicdodge.com/Download/Dodg...Adjustment.pdf

Also mine is a 96 and the adjuster on the cable is different than what is shown in this picture.
Mine you just push in from passenger side toward driver side on the cable release, adjust the cable where you want it and let go of the adjuster.
It is under spring pressure to hold it against the cable so cable doesn’t move.
Also a friend of mine dad who is retired from tranny business told me the easiest way to adjust to factory is:
Using only enough throttle to get the vehicle moving and up to speed (read: very little throttle) you want it to shift out of 1st at 15mph, and out of 2nd at 25mph. This should be done at operating temperature.

Yes you can. If you would like the pages from the Haynes manual PM me your e mail address and I will send them to you. The two pages are about 20mb and I can't upload that here.

They are not the same thing when referring or asking about a Dodge! Or starting a thread for that matter. Anyhow, go to post # 8 https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-in-trans.html
