Don't use belt dressing on a serpentine belt.

how old is the belt ?
does it feel like it might be soaked with oil or antifreeze?

if the waterpump is leaking - it can drip on the belt and ruin it.
remove belt and shake/wiggle each and every pulley. none should wobble nor move in/out.
rotate each pulley by hand and check for smooth, quiet, not dry nor ringing sound.
alternator or ac clutch bearing might be bad.
