Default Wiring help

Installed door lock actuators in my 99 Ram, curious what the best place to connect power for the control module.
Should I run a wire up to the relay box or the battery, or is the fuse block better?

Also planning on getting a keyless entry kit with a starter disable - is it easy to find the wire for starter disable?
