Unhappy Need help locating a part for my '96 4x4,..

I need a proportioning (sp)? valve for my '96 360 4x4.
Rear wheel anti lock, disk in the front & drums in he back.
Dealer said can't locate it anymore,..
Advance-auto says it's dealer only!!
So, I hit 3 bone-yards and of course, I can't find one.
Any ideas?? I also looked thru the parts-for-sale-here but
after 5 pages, I kinda thought better just to ask here.
Any help?

In your case it is a 1996 model year part and a dealer only part. Are you ready for this $700+ tax for a rebuilt from dealer or $1400+tax new from dealer, not installed. It only comes as a kit including master cyld, RWAL c/u and other parts. Hope this helps and good luck hunting

Thanks, I called them,.. No luck.
I just gotta get lucky & find someone that is parting a ram out.
I called two more junk-yards with no luck really,.. One flat-out
said; Nope. The next said; don't know if we have a Ram out there,
ya gotta come & look yourself.
Maybe I'll get a few more people checkin out this thread and come up
with something. Mean while stuck driving my Dakota. (And that's not such a bad thing). Glad the plow season is over or I'd be loosing out on quite a bit of money!

try www.car-part.com for local recycle yards
They got a cool search engine that searches by zipcode.

good luck!

My best suggestion for you is www.mintonmotors.com
Robert is the guy I have communicated with when I needed a steering knuckle. His pricing is good, and they are quick to ship your parts. They mainly deal in salvaged Dodge truck parts. I highly recommend them!
