Quad Cab Running Boards???

I'm looking for some running boards for my 98' Quad Cab 1500 Ram.I have seen this same style running board on more than one Ram.They look like this.

They originally came from Yugoslavia i believe in the mid ninties.....I dont know , maybe craigslist?

Those look like a painted version of the ones I pulled off my 95'. I think it was a factory option with the number of them I've seen.
