is the build sheet what your truck came with from the dealer? if so then i have some issues, it says that i have steering wheel audio controls, day/night rearview mirror, shift on the fly 241hd transfer case, tinted windows, tinted windows, leather wrapped steering wheel, front stabilizer bar and power rack and pinion steering and lastly course they could have been wrong but the dealer told me it had a 4:10 gear this states 3:55, all of these items are not on my truck, but heres the build sheet:

I got my build sheet from my dealer here in town called parts department, gave them my vin number and they printed it off for free. You might try them and see if their is any difference.

Its what your truck was built with from the factory.

I've seen really old pictures from a Pontiac factory where they had a huge sheet with all the RPOs for the car. I love those pictures.

 

The rack and pinion thing is a common mistake on the build sheets (except in Canada )... what is so odd about the shift on the fly t-case though? that just means you can pull it into 4wd while driving.... I had the same question about the tinted front windows, if there IS tint there, its like 98% lol... And are you sure about the leather wrapped wheel? that caught my eye too on mine, but it is in fact leather, I have a dodge cover on mine since the day I bought it so I never really noticed the leather.... day night mirror is just a standard rear view mirror, y'know, flip it when there's a car behind you at night....

I think I covered it all, except the audio controls.... that I don't have an explanation for.....

But how is the front adjustable seatbelt height work when it's built into the seat? LOL
The wheel is leather wrapped, as mine is starting to degrade like a worn baseball.
You have 1 more gallon of gas too.
As far as the shift on the fly..........Yeah that has never really worked on mine and I got it with about 7K on the clock...'nother curse of the V-10 perhaps.
Lastly I noticed your's doesn't say anti slip differential (LSD) does that mean you have an open diff?

just thought of something about the steering wheel audio controls..... you DO know they are on the back side of the wheel, right? I just remembered that my dad went for a couple months without knowing about them on his, til I noticed and pointed them out to him

 

i'll look when i take the dog out for the night but i'm sure i would have noticed the audio controls, as for the day/night mirror, i was thinking the auto dimming one, that would be my bust, the leather steering wheel, uh no mines not leather cause its coming apart in pieces. but i have the dodge steering wheel cover on it from advance auto. the shift on the fly...uh tried that in the snow thankfully in my driveway and no it is not a shift on the fly, but i think i'm going to head to the dodge dealer tomorrow and see if there build sheet is the same.

 

i'll be....i have audio controls on my steering wheel, thanks maxx i'd have never thought to look behind the steering wheel. now if only i could get rid of the 3:55's that would just give me that warm fuzzy feeling!! lol

 

ye i got mine from the dealership and the guy that sold me the truck said mine was an off road edition but i got 3.55 gears too... but i did find out i have an addtional 7 extra gallons of gas what does that mean i can hold 7 extra gallons of gas? this was mine
