This is probably the same but we know for sure from the pictures it’s what you need, a 5 pin relay

Also get this http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=330-075
The two 18 gauge wires it has for the coil is more then large enough.
It takes very little power to operate the coil in the relay.
The 14 gauge power wires should be plenty for your aux. light.
Make sure all your connections are crimped well or soldered, soldered is best.
Which ever way you go make sure they are water tight connections, use shrink tubing.

alright, i came up with something that works, just after i ordered that relay heres what i did
got a 3 way switch
wired one way from my factory reverse light to the relay (factory wire purple with a black stripe)
wired the other from a switched 12volt to the relay (same terminal as the factory light)
the switch is either auto on with lights, off, and constant on with the key
and wired the relay like the picture above
works pretty good in this fasion, i figured i can turn it off when i go to see my cousin in college and now i wont tan the elderly and young children, thanks for helping me with the diagram, those digrams on the relays are like reading chinese
