we have a 95 dodge 1500 with a 5.2 liter. The transmission is bad. We cant find a used NV3500. Will a NV4500 fit. We were told only 94,95,96 would fit and only the NV3500? Its a 4x2.

 

I think 94-96 is about right, in later years the speed sensor was moved to the rear diff.

95 SLT is the only person I know of that has a used nv3500, ****** it up if your close lol, otherwise I wish you a lot of luck finding one I just had to buy a reman tranny for my truck but its 4x4...GL with your search.

 

what would you want for it?

 

I have it posted locally on craigslists and I'm asking $400.

 

nv4500 fit right in place of my nv3500 but that was in a 4x4 just got to make sure they include the shift tower

 

yeah thats what im trying to figure out. that one you have for sale is that a 4x4 or not?
