I just have a quick question. I have a 99 ram sport and have hids for all the bulbs, but have a problem. The high beams suck, it is literally a beam of light that comes out almost as if i am holding a mag light out the window. So my question is if i get a new housing like halos or something of that sort does it make all around visibility better for highs and lows?
