Default How?

Ok I got a set of Bushwacker fenderflares OE style( by the way very easy to install )
My problem is the Flares come out from the body 1/3.4 of a inch
So my tires look dumb
My truck is a 98 4x4 with 265/75/16
What tires do I need to get to make the tires wider?
So it doesn't look dumb or is there a spacer?
Thanks
Mike

It looks dumb because the fenders stick out 1''. I've seen Rams with the Extend-a-fender flares that stick out ~2'' with 265s. They look really dumb.

It should look good with 285/75/16 tires. If they still dont fit, maybe some Spidertrax spacers.

You need wheels. Wheels will get you the look you want.

Or take the flares off? I'm not sure why you put them on there to begin with?

285/75/16 will make the tires higher I want to go wider
I will find some spacers

I just put the Flares On
I think they look great they really clean the truck up, a new look for the old girl
Everyone has different taste I can't figure out why some people do alot of different things to their truck I think looks dumb but I wouldn't say it
Guess some people have class and some don't

285/75/16 tires are 1'' taller and 1'' wider than 265/75/16 tires.

A 285/70/16 tire is 1'' wider (same width as 285/75/16) and .06'' taller than a 265/75/15. That is the tire you are looking for.

get a set of either the 285s purpl is talkin, or take them off...

" i will find spacers" have fun with wheel hubs and ball joints... spacers accel the wear and tear of them...

Better than having some hunk of metal in there. Plus you get some cool wheels out of it.
